These 2 foot long hand cut fringed tissue tassels with 6 foot long cotton string has 16 layers of quality tissue paper cut in fine strips to create a pom pom of fun at the end of your jumbo balloon or bouquet. For longer tassels, connect tassel ends together and trim as needed to create custom length. Each tassel has a QR code with picture step by step instructions for attaching and tips. Tassels are light weight, but can still be too heavy for some balloons. We recommend a tassel for 7 piece helium bouquet and over 24 inch single balloons.
